Property Quality Standards at International India Hub

1. Minimum Space Per Person

Each shared room must provide at least 9 square meters (m²) of space per adult and 6 m² per child under 6. This ensures that every resident enjoys a healthy and comfortable living environment.

2. Reliable Heating and Hot Water

All properties must have a fully functional heating system capable of maintaining a comfortable indoor temperature, even during the coldest months. Additionally, a continuous supply of hot water is required for bathing and daily needs.

3. Safe and Continuous Water Supply

Every property must offer a safe, reliable, and uninterrupted water supply for drinking, cooking, and cleaning. Any issues with water supply must be addressed by the property owner or manager without delay.

4. Accurate Listings

We believe in complete transparency. All property listings must accurately reflect the current condition of the property, including amenities and features. Photos must be recent and unedited, and descriptions should be honest and thorough. Properties that do not match their description or photos may be removed from the platform.

5. Maintenance and Responsiveness

Property owners are responsible for promptly addressing any issues related to heating, hot water, or water supply. Tenants should always feel comfortable reporting any problems, knowing they will be resolved quickly.
